Injury Update.....and just Update update
So I finally got an appointment with an Orthopedic Dr., scheduled for Monday. Which will be 1 week after my tear accured. (NOTE: Never get injured near a holiday and in the beginning of Summer, everyone is on vacation and available appointments are impossible to find.
My elbow swells up to the size of a grapefruit if I do not keep it iced regularly and rested. Which if you know...

At work early.......trying to get out of here...
So I need to see the Orthopedist, and get my MRI’s done. I am hoping for a minor tear only in my Tricep. Increasing my protein and glutamine intake to speed recovery time. That is if only minor tear and not a complete tear. It is a pain in the butt typing with one hand. I hate wearing this stupid sling, but know it is the only thing keeping me from using my arm. I guess I will do a spin...

HURT!!!!!
Been a busy weekend having to work everyday this week. Had decent workouts Fri, Sat, but wasn’t feeling very motivated and just exhausted. Dragged myself to gym anyways just to get in a mediocre leg workout and I strained my hamstring doing squats…..LAME!!!!! It doesn’t feel like a horrible sprain, so I will just try and go light on my next leg workout.
