(NOTE: Never get injured near a holiday and in the beginning of Summer, everyone is on vacation and available appointments are impossible to find. So I need to see the Orthopedist, and get my MRI’s done. I am hoping for a minor tear only in my Tricep. Increasing my protein and glutamine intake to speed recovery time. That is if only minor tear and not a complete tear. It is a pain in the butt typing with one hand. I hate wearing this stupid sling, but know it is the only thing keeping me from using my arm. Been a busy weekend having to work everyday this week. Had decent workouts Fri, Sat, but wasn’t feeling very motivated and just exhausted. Dragged myself to gym anyways just to get in a mediocre leg workout and I strained my hamstring doing squats…..LAME!!!!! It doesn’t feel like a horrible sprain, so I will just try and go light on my next leg workout.

Finally able to walk normal after Tuesdays Legs workout. Hamstrings were locked up, walking like I had no knees.
